Natasha was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. She grew up hiking and exploring the beautiful mountains of Colorado and loves the outdoors. At her high school, Natasha served as a peer tutor through the National Honor Society and was the captain of her lacrosse team.
Natasha has a passion for encouraging young women to pursue an education in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). Back in Colorado, she designed and taught the math curriculum for a STEM camp specialized for girls who were behind a grade level or more in math and science. Natasha also worked at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science in the Space Odyssey exhibit where she taught visitors about space through demonstrations and interactive experiments.
At Yale, Natasha is interested in studying astrophysics or environmental engineering but is still undecided. She is excited to have the opportunity to continue teaching and sharing her passion for math and science.
